REGISTRATION POLICY

By signing and submitting your registration form, you accept our general conditions. Registration can be submitted electronically, and is therefore valid without a written signature. By sending in your registration by mail or via electronic submission, we will accept your registration and a binding contract is formed. Fees are due upon us accepting your registration. Only after payment has been received will your place be reserved for you.

If a person other than the registered person attends the symposium instead of self, an additional € 50,- fee is due the first day of the symposium. All fees are to be paid in Euros and either wired into the provided account or paid via PayPal. Incoming wiring fees as well as processing fees are to be paid by registering participant.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations need to be made in writing. If you cancel your attendance by May 9, 2017, you will receive a full refund minus a € 50,- cancellation fee within 30 days. If you cancel your registration after May 9, no refund will be provided.

The risk with currency exchange is transferred to the registering party – we will not be responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange when returning funds. If fees are to be returned, wiring fees will be covered by the registering person. No other claims can be made.

The symposium will be provided according to set guidelines and objectives. If participants leave for any reason, no claims for refund for the unused portion can be made. Instructions are to be followed at all times.

If the symposium has to be canceled due to our own doing, all already paid fees will be reimbursed in full. No other claims beyond that can be made against us. We reserve the right to provide a substitute qualified speaker in case a presenter is unable to come. A change in speakers does not entitle participants to get reimbursed for their fees.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for the symposium, you agree to forever indemnify, release and hold harmless Ilka Parent, Minds-n-Motion, Felicia Katarina Lundgren, MiMER Centre, Live the Change/Horse & Nature, Sarah Schlote, the Schlote Psychotherapy Professional Corporation (and their officers, directors, representatives, independent contractors, associates, affiliates, agents, employees, volunteers, and successors -- “the Releasees”) from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, injuries, and expenses arising out of or resulting from attending the symposium.
